While the registration process was straightforward, the room was just okay for the price we paid. The hotel boasted family-friendly amenities, like a lively lounge with live entertainment and a dance floor, which kept the kids entertained in the evenings. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area; it was a nice spot to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast was a letdown. We were informed it wasn't available, despite it being included, and the Wi-Fi only worked intermittently. The proximity to local cafes and restaurants was a plus, making meals easy to find. the disorganized service left us feeling disappointed. While there were a few redeeming features, it didn't live up to the promises made on the website, and we were left wishing for a smoother experience. I'd recommend checking other options for a family-friendly stay.
